Needed work done on my pavers and reached out to Evo Turf and Pavers based on reviews. They were very responsive, set up a consultation in 10 minutes after contacting them. Jean Kevin came out to quote the work and was very friendly and listened to what I asked for without any upsell or pressure at all. He provided a very competitive quote and we booked the job. Ezekiel and his crew arrived early to start the work and completed all the repairs in a single day. The following week they washed, sanded and resealed everything. I recently had synthetic turf installed in my front yard and I had mixed but ultimately positive feelings about the experience. Let me start by saying that the salesman (Joseph Brown, 5/5 stars) was truly excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to address all my questions. He connected me with previous customers who shared  their experience and made the decision-making process much easier. However, when the installation team arrived, it felt a bit rushed. There were details that didn't meet my expectations (3/5 stars), and I was left feeling somewhat dissatisfied with the initial outcome. The good news is that the company’s manager (Zack Dawson 5/5 stars) took my concerns seriously. They promptly returned to address the issues I had, and I could see how committed they were to customer satisfaction. The crew worked diligently to make the necessary adjustments, and the results were fantastic (5/5 stars)! Now, my yard looks beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the final product (10/5 stars). I genuinely appreciate the effort the company put into resolving my concerns. It’s refreshing to see a business that values its customers and stands by its work.
