They were very responsive, set up a consultation in 10 minutes after contacting them. Jean Kevin came out to quote the work and was very friendly and listened to what I asked for without any upsell or pressure at all. He provided a very competitive quote and we booked the job. Ezekiel and his crew arrived early to start the work and completed all the repairs in a single day. The following week they washed, sanded and resealed everything. They promptly returned to address the issues I had, and I could see how committed they were to customer satisfaction. The crew worked diligently to make the necessary adjustments, and the results were fantastic (5/5 stars)! Now, my yard looks beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the final product (10/5 stars).
